 CRMA Minnesota is a local chapter of the National Customer Relationship
  Management Association.  We are a member-driven, non-profit organization
  of professionals who share a passionate interest in the Customer
  Relationship Management area.  CRMA Minnesota is focused on helping
  businesses leverage their investment in CRM solutions, related
  technologies and business processes.  We promote an environment of
  fostering educational and networking opportunities for anyone involved
  in customer relationship management efforts within their company, both
  technical and business related.

  We strive to represent the CRM industry as a whole and to provide you
  with best practices and tools to enrich the customer experience.  Most
  importantly, we are a forum for our members to openly share, discuss,
  ask questions and learn about important CRM issues, without fear or
  pressure.  Ultimately, we offer support to enhance the business and
  careers of our members.  Membership in CRMA Minnesota provides the
  opportunity to excel professionally, have access to continuous learning
  in a dynamic and multifaceted field and to network with peers to share
  successes and learning.

  Our  members  are  executives  and  managers who are looking for ways to

  business analysts and sales and marketing analysts.  We take a strategic
  business perspective as well as looking at the technology and integrated
  technical  solutions.   CRMA Minnesota deals with both the technical and
  business components of Customer Relationship Management.
